Revival Fire in Lindsay! Healings, Deliverance and Holy Spirit Baptisms

Friday, July 31, 2026 | Faith Christian Fellowship, Lindsay, Ontario

What an incredible evening of ministry! After spending several days sharing the Gospel and praying with people in Lindsay, Ontario, the Friday night miracle ministry meeting finally arrived. I had been looking forward to this evening, believing God for people to receive salvation, healing, deliverance and the baptism in the Holy Spirit. And I tell you, the Lord did not disappoint!

We held the meeting outdoors at Faith Christian Fellowship. It was a beautiful, hot summer evening, and we had been working hard getting everything ready. The worship team was setting up, volunteers were helping with the barbecue, and chairs were arranged for those attending. I put up my large red JESUS IS KING flag where people could see it from the road. As people began arriving, I greeted them and looked forward to what the Lord was going to do.

The gathering began around 6:30 p.m., and the preaching started around 7:30. At first, I had my sermon notes in front of me, but as I continued preaching, I found myself moving away from those notes. The Holy Spirit was giving me the words to speak, and I could see that people were responding. More people were arriving, and there was such an expectation in the atmosphere.

The Holy Spirit Began Moving

Approximately 30 people attended that evening, and around 20 came forward for ministry. What happened next was wonderful!

At least 12 people received the baptism in the Holy Spirit and began speaking in tongues!

Among them were two women who had come together. Earlier that week, I had met one of them in a park while preparing my sermon. She had opened her heart to Jesus and received Him as her Lord and Saviour. I invited her to the Friday meeting, and she came, bringing a friend along with her.

That night, I had the joy of praying with both women, and both received the baptism in the Holy Spirit and began speaking in tongues!

Just think about that! What began as a conversation in a park became salvation, followed by two women receiving the baptism in the Holy Spirit at the miracle meeting. Praise God!

Healing Testimonies!

One of the most encouraging moments of the evening came when a man approached me who remembered receiving prayer at a previous ministry meeting the year before. He was so excited that I had returned.

He told me how glad he was to see me and reminded me that I had prayed for his knee. Then he shared that his knee was still healed!

He said it was like having the knee of an athlete. No pain! I love hearing testimonies like that because the healing wasn't something he experienced for just a few minutes. He was coming back a year later, rejoicing that he was still free from the pain. And there were more healings that evening.

A woman came forward who was suffering from pain in her mouth. After receiving prayer, she experienced relief from the pain. Another woman came forward with back pain and also reported receiving healing.

Jesus is still healing today!

Deliverance and Lives Touched by God's Power

Another woman came forward with her husband and received ministry for deliverance. As I prayed with them, I was also able to encourage them about moving forward in the purposes God had for their lives, seeking Him daily and following the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Throughout the altar ministry, people were responding to the presence and power of God. Some fell to the ground under the power of the Holy Spirit after I prayed for them, and others continued resting there long after the service had ended. By then it was dark, chairs were being gathered, and the meeting was coming to a close. Yet some people remained on the ground, covered with sheets as others made sure they were cared for. It was such a remarkable evening!

I was also grateful for the friends and volunteers who helped make the meeting possible, from those preparing the barbecue and setting up the grounds to those assisting during prayer ministry. Every person who helped played a part in making room for people to hear the Gospel and receive prayer.

To God Be All the Glory!

As I look back on that evening, one thing stands out to me. I had prepared my sermon, but when I began preaching, I knew I needed to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit rather than simply rely on my notes. And what a blessing it was to see people responding to Jesus!

Around 30 people gathered. Approximately 20 came forward for ministry. At least 10 received the baptism in the Holy Spirit and began speaking in tongues. People reported physical healing, a woman received deliverance ministry, and a man returned to testify that his knee was still healed from the previous year.

That's what these miracle ministry journeys are all about. Going wherever the Lord leads, preaching Jesus Christ, and giving people the opportunity to receive what He has provided for them.

I am so grateful to everyone who helped make this meeting possible, and especially to the Lord for allowing me to be part of what He was doing in Lindsay.

“And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs.” (Mark 16:20)
